Börje Peratt

is an internationally awarded producer, with a graduate in TV-, Film-, Radio- and Theaterproduction at the Dramatic Institute of Stockholm. Börje also has a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor in Psychology at the University of Stockholm.
He works as a Consultant in the area of Teambuilding, Coaching, Leadership, Self- actualization and Communication. Initial media work as slide show producer at AVC and as Managing Editor/Producer at Swedish Public Broadcast Radio. Company owner since 1978. Director with over 50 short films and 5 TV-series for Swedish Public Broadcast Television (SVT).

Teach the Instrument 'LIFE COMPASS' (built on Peratt differential)  in purpose to analyze and understand thoughts, feelings and personal obstacles and driving forces  and then coach to find what way and action is  favourable both individual as well as in the group.

Visam (vision och samverkan) AB

VISAM (Vision and Teamwork) was formed an educational company in 1986 with a program in order to reduce stress and health risks. We have developed a method called ”Best Way” to explore experience and unique competence. In rehabilitation we believe there is a way for almost everyone. In Athletics we promote a high level of performance that promotes both health and capacity.
